Terms & Conditions

For individual tickets, please book one ticket per person (including for 2 & under) to allow customer number allocation.

Before you arrive, please have your ticket ready to show our staff either on your phone or a printed copy.

You may join a train at any time throughout the day and extra train ride tickets can be purchased in the station.

Tickets are for your use only and are not for resale.

Upon booking we will send your booking confirmation by email. Please make sure you fill in your correct email address when you book, to ensure you receive this confirmation. 

Please ensure you create an account on checkout by entering your address, details and a password. This will enable you to make alterations to your visit. Any changes to your booking that we are asked to fulfil may incur an administration fee of £5.

You can make changes to your ticket anytime before 10am on the day you have booked. After then you cannot change your tickets, unless these are Flexbile Tickets. No shows on Standard Tickets unfortunately cannot be re-funded.

If you arrive without a ticket, please go to the ticket office and our staff will be happy to assist you. 

Dogs are welcome but must be on leads at all times and under acceptable control. We will unfortunately have to ask owners whose dogs are not under control, to remove them from the site, for the safety of our other visitors. We ask visitors to be responsible for collecting any of their dog mess and placing it in the appropriate bins around this site.
