Can I change my ticket?

TICKET ALTERATIONS – PLEASE NOTE:

We would recommend you enter a password and create an account on checkout. This means you will be able to log in to the account from our online ticketing page and make your own alterations to days and times of your visit. This can be done free of charge.

If you do not create and account, you will need to email us to make changes on your behalf and an admin fee of £5.00 may be charged.

How do I cancel my ticket?

If you can't change it to another day, you will need to email us with the details and we will arrange a refund online. This normally takes 2 -3 working days. There may be a £5.00 admin charge for this. 

What time are the trains running?

Trains will run from 10.30 until 3.30 pm during busy periods but these may be reduced in quieter times. Please check with the team on arrival for the day's frequency and times. 

Please note: We find that trains are quieter in the afternoon so you may wish to enjoy the gardens, play areas and exhibition first, and save your train ride for your exciting finale! 

 

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes we have two areas with these facilites.

Do you have WCs?

We have toilets in the Garden area, near the outside play and also at the bottom of the hill behind the Orion Pullman Carriage. 

How long can I stay on site?

Even though entry is timed, you may stay on site as long as you wish until closing.

Can we re-enter if we leave the site?

Your ticket will show has having been used, but you will be able to re-enter the site and purchase extra train rides if you wish. 

What if I lose my season pass

If you lose your season pass you can get a replacement. We charge an admin fee for this of £5. Please contact us via email at info@pecorma.co with your name and address.
