Advanced Steam Driver Experience
Our Advanced Steam Driver Experience is open to anyone who has successfully completed the one day Driver Experience course.
You'll have the chance to drive a freight train and shunt at various sidings delivering the goods. The advanced course will present the opportunity to operate a freight service using a variety of motive power to shunt freight wagons at the various sidings and stations along the route.
Please note, by booking one of our driver experiences you confirm that;
You are aged 18 or over.
You agree to take part in the activity at your own risk and will fully comply with the instructions and directions given by the instructor and any other representative of Pecorama at all times.
You are medically and physically competent to take part in the activities involved and am not taking any drugs (whether prescribed or otherwise) or under the influence of alcohol, that would impair your ability at any time. Nor do you suffer from, or have any history, of any medical or other needs that could affect your capabilities.
You understand will be informed of all relevant Health & Safety matters in relation to this experience, and agree to adhere to them at all times.
